Holiday Line-up a Home Run!

The Holiday Line-Up was a complete and utter HOME RUN! Around the Horn with Joe Maddon will provide greater and better opportunities for the children in our community, thanks to the funds raised. THANKSMAS, united and provided a HOT, DELICIOUS meal to all who came. So saying THANK YOU, to sponsors, partners, volunteers, staff, and friends  is not enough. We hope to have greater success next year to continue our mission of a united community here in Hazleton.

CTC: Together We Can

Mural

Our Youth Outreach members: Communities that Care (CTC) created and painted a mural with the guidance of artists Jason Braun. All that were involved worked numerous hours to accomplish this beautiful peace of art, that just by looking at it inspires unity and acceptance. Our HOPE is that from this mural many more can be created around Hazleton, so that everytime "Hazletonians" take a look at one they feel unified and not alone. Thank you CTC members, and Thank you Jason Braun!

HIP's Playground Grand Opening!

On Thursday June 15 the Hazleton One Community Center had its Grand opening for the Playground that will serve as a recreational facility for all the children involved in our center. The playground was donated by Hazleton Creek Properties LLC, who also donated a complete MAC Computer lab to our center. Our very own Joe Maddon and Frank DeAndrea received and inagurated the playground. Thank you, Mr. William Rinaldi for your support to our cause and center!
