Community Service Award for Peace and Justice received on May 22nd

This award is given annually by the Interfaith Resource Center for Peace and Justice to an individual or organization whose actions supporting peace and justice have contributed  to the quality of life in their community.

Mr. Curry said, "We are so grateful to have been honored with this award. David Frey was such a dedicated and extraordinary individual that this award has special significance." Mr. Medina described the award as a "true team effort." He added, "Without the efforts of a dedicated staff and countless volunteers the work of helping to unite our community would not be possible." 

PA State Senator John Yudichak arranged for a formal proclamation of "Congratulations" from the Pennsylvania Senate to commemorate the event.
