HIP's After School Scholars Program

HIP's After School Scholars Program serves 82 children from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Our enrichment-based curriculum allows students to obtain homework help and participate in creative projects using collaborative models. HIP’s After School Scholars program also utilizes SKYPE technology and provides off-site tutoring experiences with Education majors from Penn State’s Main Campus. This unique use of technology was featured in a recent American Education Research Association forum.

Applications are now being accepted for the Fall 2017 Semester. If interested dont hesitate to contact the Hazleton One community Center.
